產(chǎn)品描述

塔望科技研發(fā)的全身體積描記系統(tǒng)（whole-body plethysmograph，WBP）可對清醒自由活動動物呼吸參數(shù)進行測量，如呼吸頻率，潮氣量，氣道高反應(yīng)性測試（Airway hyperresponsiveness，AHR）等。測試過程中，動物可以處于清醒自由狀態(tài)，避免了創(chuàng)傷性氣管切開及麻醉的影響，使實驗過程更加簡便，用于呼吸系統(tǒng)模型動物對藥物等反應(yīng)性研究，呼吸性藥物的藥理和毒理學(xué)研究，特別適合于大批量動物快速初篩試驗，適合長期跟蹤研究和重復(fù)性篩查。
